What you will do

• Lead annual planning processes to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Utilize Walmart/Sam’s databases (Retail Link, Connect, Scintilla) to activate customer solutions.
• Manage trade budgets and develop SKU-level forecasts in partnership with supply chain and finance.
• Serve as a trusted category advisor, executing initiatives for branded and private label product mixes.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to optimize online content and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of CPG sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically working with Walmart & Sam’s Club.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power BI, Domo, and Salesforce.com.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
