What you will do

• Oversee the client engagement lifecycle from initiation through to production go-live and renewal.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies aligned with client goals to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Create and manage project plans, including deliverables, resource plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Produce detailed project reporting, metrics, and track effort for billing purposes.
• Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and devise pre-emptive strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers to enhance business outcomes using the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably in enterprise software.
• BS/BA degree in business, finance, or IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Strong command of project management methods, business analysis, and financial budget tracking.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA (Hybrid).
• Ability to pass a police background check.
