What you will do

• Perform daily supervisory reviews of trades, blotters, alerts, and sales practices.
• Monitor account activity to identify exceptions, trends, and risks.
• Analyze supervisory data to identify patterns, anomalies, and control gaps.
• Prepare and enhance reports and dashboards for management.
• Partner with IT teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation.
• Support audits, exams, and the implementation of new product processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, supervision, compliance, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analytics skills.
• Basic knowledge of broker-dealer operations and U.S. regulatory framework (FINRA/SEC).
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Ability to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 99, 7 or 63) within 6 months of hire.
