What you will do
- Independently manage complex Treasury client accounts and ensure accurate setup.
- Verify legal and regulatory documentation for account openings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining client communication.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to address documentation requirements.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and training.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the specified office locations: Denver, Dallas, Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, Tempe, or Tulsa.
- Associate’s Degree in a Business-related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 4 years of experience in banking and treasury client servicing.
- Advanced understanding of banking regulations and treasury products.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
