Salary: $97,850 - $128,100 (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day performance of external vendors responsible for HEI servicing.
• Establish and enforce internal and external KPIs and SLAs using scorecards to track response times and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, and Lending Partnerships to align vendor performance with strategic business outcomes.
• Utilize BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to conduct data-driven analysis and create operational dashboards.
• Lead and mentor the servicing operations team to enhance analytical capabilities and ensure internal redundancy.
• Conduct vendor onsite visits, operational audits, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, servicing, or default management within mortgage servicing environments (BPO experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience setting and managing KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in creating operational metrics and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states of operation.
• Knowledge of servicing regulations, including RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and CFPB guidelines.

• Experience with Home Equity Investment (HEI) products and servicing operations.
• Experience supporting the launch, onboarding, or expansion of servicing operations and BPO partnerships.
