What you will do

• Investigate and review system-generated transaction monitoring alerts for wire, ACH, and check transactions.
• Identify and analyze fraud trends, anomalies, and outliers to improve monitoring strategies.
• Document suspicious activity cases and ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes like NACHA rules to ensure internal policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Risk, and Customer Service teams to optimize processes while mitigating risk.
• Respond to external fraud requests and inquiries from financial partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing fraud trends within a financial institution or fintech environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in using Excel for creating spreadsheets, models, and reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
