What you will do

• Oversee and manage teams of LCSWs and LMSWs, providing coaching, mentorship, and clinical guidance.
• Manage clinical escalations and provide expertise in medical, behavioral, and crisis management.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and track social work-driven OKRs using root-cause analysis.
• Lead daily huddles and case conferences to enable Care Teams and establish targeted support plans.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance service offerings based on feedback from members and providers.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics to develop remediation and coaching plans for direct reports.

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work (MSW) and an unrestricted Clinical Social Work license (LCSW).
• Minimum 8 years of social work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role within oncology or case management.
• Certification as an Oncology Social Worker (OSW), Certified Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker (APHSW-C), or Certified Case Manager (CCM).
• Experience working within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, or startups.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records (EHR).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
