Location: Remote (Must be based on or near the US East Coast and willing to travel)

Salary: $179,200 - $280,000

A Series D mental healthcare platform building software to automate insurance administration and improve access to behavioral health services.

What you will do

  • Lead health plan partnerships and strategic relations with payers through presentations and reporting.
  • Drive innovative data analyses to prove patient outcomes and generate novel strategic insights.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader through conference participation and expert content creation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to infuse clinical strategy across the organization.
  • Analyze how clinicians utilize digital tools to ensure high-quality and compliant care delivery.

Requirements

  • Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD).
  • 3+ years of experience as a clinician operating in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • 2+ years of experience in payer or partnership roles, preferably in technology environments.
  • Proven thought leadership with peer-reviewed publications or mainstream media articles.
  • Ability to distill complex clinical processes into language that moves product implementation forward.
  • Must be based on or near the US East Coast.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare tech companies or startups.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations regarding the corporate practice of medicine.
  • Experience with clinical quality measurement and peer review systems.
