What you will do
- Coordinate day‑to‑day study operations, including tracking enrollment targets, participant flow, and key milestones.
- Facilitate participant engagement via phone and email to ensure complete and accurate study participation.
- Manage the transfer of data between the company and collaborating institutions following privacy procedures.
- Maintain detailed study documentation, including enrollment logs and data transfer records.
- Monitor study progress to proactively flag risks to timelines and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with the study team in regular meetings to provide updates on assigned workstreams.
Requirements
- Educational background in clinical research methods and study design.
- Experience with human‑subjects research and familiarity with IRB requirements and informed consent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple studies with light supervision.
- Experience managing small projects or operational workflows from start to finish.
- High attention to detail when working with structured data and checklists.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and collaboration tools like Asana or Alchemer.
- Direct experience coordinating research in a digital health or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of obesity-related chronic disease, diabetes, or cardiovascular risk conditions.
- Previous experience working in a remote‑first environment.
