What you will do

• Coordinate day‑to‑day study operations, including tracking enrollment targets, participant flow, and key milestones.
• Facilitate participant engagement via phone and email to ensure complete and accurate study participation.
• Manage the transfer of data between the company and collaborating institutions following privacy procedures.
• Maintain detailed study documentation, including enrollment logs and data transfer records.
• Monitor study progress to proactively flag risks to timelines and recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the study team in regular meetings to provide updates on assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• Educational background in clinical research methods and study design.
• Experience with human‑subjects research and familiarity with IRB requirements and informed consent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple studies with light supervision.
• Experience managing small projects or operational workflows from start to finish.
• High attention to detail when working with structured data and checklists.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and collaboration tools like Asana or Alchemer.
• Direct experience coordinating research in a digital health or clinical setting.
