What you will do

• Manage implementation kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, and status updates with clients.
• Configure system settings, including benefits matrices, rates, permissions, and data imports/exports.
• Lead cross-functional teams including product management and EDI to meet client deliverables.
• Test new and existing system functionality to ensure configuration accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members while triaging client inquiries and process issues.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in account management.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with benefits administration systems, payroll, HRIS, or related software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
