What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning to execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across squads and platforms.
• Track and report delivery metrics to provide transparency to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-discipline stakeholders to align product outcomes with business objectives.
• Improve delivery processes and tooling through the application of GenAI.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams within your Club.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of senior consulting experience at a professional services organization.
• Deep experience in delivering large-scale initiatives across cloud and data disciplines.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage multi-vendor environments.
• Experience defining AI delivery strategies including governance and productivity benchmarks.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in building investment cases and MSAs.
