TL;DR

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships (National Accounts): Driving revenue growth and market penetration by managing national broker relationships and distribution channels with an accent on ICHRA and level-funded health benefit solutions. Focus on building executive-level partnerships, executing channel strategies, and scaling partner activation across the US market.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel up to 50% for domestic trips.

Salary: $165,000–$220,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage and expand relationships with national and large regional broker accounts.
  • Develop and execute national account plans to drive awareness and revenue for Level-Funded and ICHRA product lines.
  • Build executive-level partnerships with decision-makers at brokerage firms and benefits consultancies.
  • Lead joint business planning and track performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to refine channel strategies and enablement materials.
  • Represent the company at national industry events and broker summits to elevate brand presence.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • 5+ years in a national broker-facing, channel partnerships, or strategic sales role.
  • Established network of relationships with national or regional brokerage firms.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for business.
  • Strong knowledge of Level-Funded and ICHRA plan designs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven performance management.
