What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health throughout the oncology care continuum.
• Provide triage, support, and education to members and their care network via phone and email.
• Manage symptom coordination, nutritional support, and facilitate end-of-life care discussions.
• Collaborate with Nurse leaders and Medical Directors to ensure alignment with clinical protocols.
• Participate in case conferences to monitor member progress and develop targeted support plans.
• Address social determinants of health by collaborating with non-clinical team members.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States.
• Shift availability: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST.
• Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN); BSN preferred.
• Oncology-related certifications (OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM) required or must be obtained within 2 years.

Nice to have

• Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
