What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Channels & Alliances to define organizational priorities and long-term business strategy.
• Develop annual operating plans, organizational objectives, and strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and performance metrics to provide actionable insights into partner business health.
• Optimize partner programs, planning processes, and operational workflows to improve scalability.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations that influence executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting within high-growth SaaS.
• Proven experience partnering directly with VP- and SVP-level executives to execute organizational priorities.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience driving annual planning, OKRs, QBRs, and executive operating cadences.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or consulting background preferred.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA.
