TL;DR
Chief Growth Officer (Healthtech): Driving the scale of a digital ordering platform for medical equipment with an accent on systemic growth engines, enterprise revenue, and market expansion. Location: Remote-First (with offices in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
Salary: $300,000–$400,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute enterprise-level growth strategies and own ARR targets for emerging segments.
- Lead GTM execution for entirely new verticals, services, and market segments.
- Orchestrate strategic partnerships across healthcare systems, payors, and technology channels.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on strategic decisions and the evaluation of M&A opportunities.
- Establish robust KPIs and automated growth dashboards to track ecosystem health.
- Align product, sales, and marketing teams to unify execution toward the company growth plan.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operating, strategy, and execution.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS or healthcare technology companies through hyper-growth.
- Deep fluency in navigating healthcare systems, payors, and enterprise healthcare suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market opportunities into pricing structures and revenue models.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required; the company does not sponsor visas.
