What you will do

• Lead and scale the executive support function, evolving standards for calendaring, travel, and communication.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Executive Assistant (EA) team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee workplace operations across New York and Nashville offices, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
• Partner with People, IT, and Finance teams to optimize internal events and daily operational workflows.
• Design scalable support models and operating rhythms to reduce organizational friction.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in executive support within fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Deep experience supporting C-level leaders and managing complex priorities.
• Proven ability to build or scale systems, processes, or teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
