What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers and Manufacturing Engineers, setting priorities and developing talent.
• Drive alignment between manufacturing, operations, engineering, and commercial teams to scale customer execution.
• Own end-to-end program visibility, including open order reviews and proactive customer communication.
• Maintain strict commercial hygiene, ensuring accurate purchase orders and engineering changes in real-time.
• Manage order entry, work order configuration, and revision processing to ensure zero-defect factory inputs.
• Oversee quality and delivery workflows, including PPAP compliance and corrective action management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct leadership experience in technical program management, operations, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to build structure and maintain output quality across cross-functional groups.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual eligible for ITAR authorizations.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and system cleanliness.

• 5+ years of direct leadership experience in related technical industries.
• Experience scaling new customer programs in high-growth manufacturing or industrial tech environments.
