What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of Technical Program Managers and Manufacturing Engineers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic customers, managing procurement processes and relationship health.
• Ensure zero-defect inputs to the factory by overseeing order entry, work order configuration, and engineering change processing.
• Drive alignment between manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure delivery predictability.
• Build scalable processes and tooling to improve throughput, forecasting accuracy, and operational visibility.
• Lead program health assessments and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct leadership experience in technical program management, operations, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR requirement).
• Proven ability to influence without authority and make operational decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong detail-orientation with high standards for data accuracy and system cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering complex narratives with clarity.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of direct leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Deep experience managing programs with long production lifecycles.
• Experience standardizing factory-facing delivery processes for institutional customers.
• Background in driving commercial accountability and managing process-heavy organizations.
