What you will do

• Perform revenue contract reviews and ASC 606 analyses for new contracts, renewals, and non-standard arrangements.
• Execute monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and deferred revenue rollforwards.
• Maintain technical accounting documentation, including SSP support and financial statement disclosure support.
• Manage and enhance revenue recognition systems using NetSuite ARM or similar automation tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and FP&A to resolve accounting matters.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase the scalability and accuracy of revenue accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with 1–2+ years specifically in revenue accounting or ASC 606.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for handling large data sets.
• Ability to document technical accounting conclusions clearly and research complex issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS and Professional Services industries.
• Experience with NetSuite, NetSuite ARM, Salesforce, or FloQast.
• Background in public accounting or audit.
