What you will do

• Own master trackers and governance cadence across all advisory services accounts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead execution of pharma tentpole activations, managing vendors, budgets, and MLRO submissions.
• Author high-level client communications, including annual plans, tentpole strategies, and executive briefing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into executable briefs for tactical Communications and Content teams.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Strategic Health Partnerships to scope and onboard new advisory opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharma advisory services, or account management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Direct experience drafting strategic communications for pharma or other highly regulated industries.
• Working fluency in MLR/PRC review processes, FDA OPDP guidance, and the PhRMA Code.
• AI-forward approach with active use of tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate output.
• Senior leadership experience at a major healthcare communications agency or pharmaceutical company.
