TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Managing a portfolio of 25-35 large K-12 district accounts to drive product adoption and renewal with an accent on customer health monitoring and strategic success planning. Focus on leveraging data insights from Gainsight and SFDC to maximize retention and scale the impact of culturally responsive learning content.

Location: Remote (must be based in the US)

Salary: $112,500 - $117,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise accounts, including some of the largest school districts in the US.
  • Drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion utilizing Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Lead business reviews and execute client success plans based on discovery and active listening.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from pre-sale to full lifecycle.
  • Monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities, synthesizing client goals to ensure successful renewals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise CSM in K-12 Educational Technology (EdTech).
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding company OKRs related to renewal and customer health.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to support accounts during Pacific and/or Mountain time business hours.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects.

Nice to have

  • Professional background in education.
  • Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesforce (SFDC), and Gong.
