What you will do

• Build and optimize AI agents for prospecting, enrichment, scoring, and outreach using tools like Claude and Clay.
• Develop agentic workflows to monitor GTM signals such as job changes, hiring velocity, and web intent.
• Orchestrate data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, and other GTM platforms via APIs and JSON.
• Implement AI-powered CRM hygiene workflows to improve data accuracy and lead quality.
• Create personalized outreach hooks and account research summaries to increase SDR efficiency.
• Establish QA processes for prompts and workflow logic to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM role.
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor for building structured prompts and workflows.
• Must be based in the US.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and B2B SaaS funnel motions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG workflows, or Pinecone.
• Experience in cybersecurity or complex enterprise SaaS environments.
• Salesforce administration or HubSpot operations expertise.
