What you will do

• Design and operate AI-driven prospecting workflows to engage high-fit accounts at scale.
• Build automated, personalized outreach sequences using LLM-powered tools like Clay and Apollo.
• Architect enrichment pipelines and lead scoring models based on product signals and firmographic data.
• Integrate GTM stack data sources (CRM, MAP, intent data) into a unified view.
• Instrument and route Product-Led Growth (PLG) signals to the appropriate sales motions.
• Own the end-to-end PLG tooling stack, including trial infrastructure and activation tracking.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM engineering or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role or SDR/BDR function.
• Proficiency with GTM data platforms such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce or HubSpot with marketing automation and revops tools (e.g., Gong).
• Expertise with Claude and Cowork to automate GTM workflows.
• Fluency with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to build multi-agent automation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
