What you will do

  • Rebuild the business case from scratch as a flexible, AI-native solution.
  • Lead AI enablement initiatives to maximize commercial team impact.
  • Identify, prototype, and scale AI-enabled workflows for prospecting and content generation.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to align pricing logic and ROI methodology.
  • Apply prompt engineering to build repeatable decision-support tools for the field.
  • Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI technologies to improve seller effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, commercial operations, or revenue operations.
  • Advanced data and modeling skills with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
  • Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects without formal authority.
  • Deep understanding of commercial team operations and B2B sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and commercial enablement systems.
  • Track record of building or redesigning complex sales tools in a B2B environment.
