hirify.global is a travel technology platform reshaping how group travel operators run their businesses.

What you will do

  • Identify and automate marketing workflows using AI agents for content, lead enrichment, and campaign operations.
  • Configure agents using platforms like Clay, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpot AI.
  • Design prompts, flows, and training data to ensure agent reliability and accuracy.
  • Monitor agent performance and iterate on workflows to fix failures or quality dips.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Customer Ops for custom integrations.
  • Document AI workflows for team usage and stay updated on cutting-edge AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation.
  • Full legal right to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship or relocation available).
  • Proficiency with GTM platforms like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and no-code tools such as Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
  • Systems-thinking mindset to map inputs, steps, and decision points for automation.
  • Ability to tolerate a high failure rate and iterate quickly in tight feedback loops.

Nice to have

  • Comfort with APIs and basic technical concepts.
