Location: Remote across the USA (Priority hubs: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Own the configuration, integrity, and optimization of the ATS (Ashby) and the broader recruiting tech stack.
- Design and maintain data dashboards for recruiting and company leadership to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and quality of hire.
- Develop internal tools and workflow automations using AI, prompt engineering, APIs, and webhooks.
- Identify operational gaps and architect scalable solutions to improve hiring efficiency and process architecture.
- Manage recruiting compliance operations and ensure high data accuracy across all systems.
- Collaborate with People Ops and recruiting leadership to ensure seamless transitions from offer to onboarding.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in technical operations, systems, or analytics, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS or similar SaaS platform, including configuration and user management.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools like Looker to build dashboards and report on metrics.
- Proven experience building system integrations using APIs and webhooks to move data between platforms.
- Practical experience shipping AI tools, utilizing prompt engineering, or creating AI agent workflows.
- Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently with strong cross-functional communication skills.
