What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Provide legal and regulatory advisory support for the company's fintech business area.
• Offer guidance on labor and employment issues, litigation support, and risk mitigation.
• Manage vendor contracting workflows in collaboration with cross-functional business teams.
• Handle regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and transactional due diligence.
• Manage outside counsel and mentor a direct report within the legal team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 8+ years of relevant law firm or in-house legal experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracting, technology transactions, and business counseling.
• Experience drafting software licensing and hosted services agreements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Las Vegas, NV.
