What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, client services, and partnership contracts.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, financial regulations, and cryptocurrency-specific legislation.
• Draft regulatory and law enforcement communications and manage related correspondence.
• Monitor and analyze legal developments in the fintech and crypto space to advise on operational impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance policies and support corporate governance.
• Liaise with external legal counsel to address complex legal issues and manage litigation risk.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required.
• Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
• 4-6 years of legal experience with a focus on commercial and regulatory work in fintech or crypto.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and data protection laws.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
