Salary: $225,000 - $245,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Risk, Fraud, and KYC teams within the New Jersey office and across outsourced locations.
• Develop and implement a robust Anti-Fraud strategy for the NJ license, including rules, triggers, and workflow processes.
• Oversee customer withdrawals, KYC documentation, and verification processes to meet SLA targets.
• Identify and report suspicious player activity to the MLRO in collaboration with the AML function.
• Establish and optimize workflows between Risk, Customer Support, and VIP teams.
• Develop and continuously improve procedural documentation for Antifraud, Risk Management, and KYC.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Risk, Fraud, and KYC functions in regulated industries such as iGaming, sports betting, fintech, or payments.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies, rules engines, and operational risk controls.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume customer withdrawals and KYC reviews.
• Ability to manage both in-house and outsourced teams across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Must be based in or be able to work 100% on-site in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience working under a New Jersey gaming license or other regulated US jurisdictions.
• Background in online gaming, sportsbook, or casino environments.
• Experience scaling risk operations during periods of rapid company growth.
