What you will do

• Map current-state production planning processes and co-design future-state workflows with stakeholders.
• Define, create, and maintain planning KPIs and dashboards to enable fact-based management.
• Drive system and process integrity by identifying data gaps and coordinating corrections with process owners.
• Deliver workstreams in the production planning transformation portfolio and represent the factory in E2E forums.
• Develop work instructions and training materials to enable change adoption among planners and partners.
• Provide second-line process support by analyzing disturbances and embedding corrective actions into standard work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business Administration.
• 4–9 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or business analysis.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA, US.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Power BI.
