What you will do

• Support innovation pipeline management, product portfolio health assessments, and product life cycle management.
• Analyze product performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for portfolio improvement.
• Conduct in-depth new product introduction (NPI) retrospectives and performance benchmarking.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for product discontinuation and track execution.
• Utilize metrics and data visualization to prepare portfolio reviews for S&OP processes.
• Serve as Data Custodian for Material Master data and enhance Cloud Coach functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Technical Center in Richland, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Cloud Coach or Salesforce.
• Background in project and product management.
