What you will do

• Define and execute raw milk procurement strategies in alignment with global leadership.
• Develop short, mid, and long-term sourcing scenarios based on dairy market trends and cost forecasts.
• Lead strategic partnerships and major negotiations with farms, cooperatives, and supply entities.
• Monitor dairy markets and translate intelligence into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Own budget, forecast accuracy, and financial performance for all milk-related cost buckets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, including managers and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Agricultural Economics, Food Science, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or agricultural supply chains with progressive leadership.
• Proven experience in dairy or perishable ingredients.
• Must be based in the USA and able to report to the office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong track record in strategic negotiations and commodity management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Supply Chain, Agribusiness, or Economics.
• Experience operating within global matrix organizations.
