What you will do

  • Lead payroll delivery for SAP MPS and BPO service organizations, ensuring high-quality operational support.
  • Orchestrate payroll execution, including garnishments, payroll policies, compliance controls, and payment releases.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to medior team members as a subject matter expert.
  • Define and implement global and local standard payroll processes and HR business process standards.
  • Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Lead year-end activities, statutory reporting, and advanced system testing for releases.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within a BPO environment.
  • Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll and payroll control centre.
  • Fluent English and Estonian (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll policies, compliance, and reporting to local authorities.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and knowledge of SLA/KPI reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, or Workforce Management.
  • Professional certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound payroll interfaces.
