What you will do

• Manage forecasting, ordering, and delivery of cash for ATM fleets and branches across the bank's footprint.
• Monitor vault inventories to maintain optimal levels while minimizing cross-shipping exposure.
• Act as a liaison between Consumer Banking and cash service providers to prevent service interruptions.
• Research and resolve General Ledger outages and investigate potential cash vendor or FLM fraud.
• Support the development of departmental documentation, internal policies, and system upgrade validation.
• Perform audits of physical vaults to ensure vendors meet operational, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in one of the following states: FL, GA, AL, VA, SC, NC, TX, or CO.
• 2+ years of banking experience, preferably focused on cash management, ATM balancing, and general ledger reconcilement.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience in project and vendor management.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in root cause analysis.
