TL;DR

Location: Remote (East Coast US)

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and executive contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to define long-term vision and priorities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, pricing, scope, and terms.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across the product suite and new protocols.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Solutions Architects, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Lead onboarding for new enterprise clients to ensure smooth handoffs and early success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales serving financial institutions.
  • Must be based on the US East Coast.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise relationships and driving retention/expansion.
  • Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, including staking, RPC, and wallet services.
  • Technical fluency to discuss product roadmaps and triage production issues.
  • Strong commercial instincts for contract structuring and renewal negotiation.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling API or platform products into financial institutions.
  • Practical familiarity with protocols like Ethereum, Solana, or Canton.
  • Knowledge of institutional custody, settlement, or market infrastructure.
