Salary: $113,000–$162,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison with dairy suppliers and customers to ensure reliable inbound and outbound ingredient supply.
• Own rolling forecasts in partnership with finance teams to ensure accuracy and adjust volumes.
• Provide expertise on dairy market evolution to the internal team.
• Manage end-to-end compliance documentation for dairy customers, including Kosher and non-GMO certifications.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing supplier documentation and compliance (Kosher, GFSI, Prop65, Non-GMO).
• Proven ability to collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners and third-party providers.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Food/Dairy Science, or Agricultural Economics.
• Must be based in or able to report to the office in Louisville or White Plains at least 3 days per week.
