What you will do

  • Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of CRM and GTM systems to ensure a scalable revenue tech stack.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to enhance sales productivity, including forecasting, conversation intelligence, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Establish data governance standards to support both human workflows and AI model reliability.
  • Train team members on new system processes and AI features to drive tool adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience in a B2B GTM motion.
  • 1-2 years of experience administering or supporting Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of core sales metrics including pipeline management, forecasting, and lead routing.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for evaluating and implementing AI tools in a sales context.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
