TL;DR

Payments Development Representative (Fintech): Identifying and collaborating with existing customers to increase the adoption of embedded payment processing solutions with an accent on rate analysis and workflow optimization. Focus on driving volume growth, managing credit card processing expertise, and meeting monthly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in or near Marin County, California (Larkspur office 2 days/week)

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Proactively contact customers via outbound and inbound efforts to maximize their use of hirify.global Payments.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement growth plans for customer payment volume.
  • Perform detailed rate analysis comparing internal and competitor payment rates.
  • Develop expert knowledge in credit card processing, card reader terminals, and fintech solutions.
  • Manage the CRM effectively to ensure consistent customer follow-up and success.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs and monthly quotas while assisting in training new team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the San Francisco area, California for hybrid work (2 days/week in Larkspur).
  • Proven ability to handle objections and articulate product value propositions.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and Payments environments (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone demeanor.

Nice to have

  • Deep interest and experience in the Payments industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
