What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the AI Literacy Certification Program, from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary product liaison and lead meetings for the AI Coalition for Social Impact.
• Translate coalition insights and recommendations into prioritized product requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI guidelines and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct market research, persona development, and data analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Define and track success metrics related to certification adoption, learning outcomes, and market penetration.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior-level roles.
• Proven track record of launching education, certification, or SaaS products at scale (0-to-1).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, Responsible AI principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to manage ambiguity.
