What you will do

• Own the Test Experience roadmap, focusing on platform and agentic outcomes to resolve compliance gaps.
• Distill complex problems into clearly prioritized product goals and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers and engineers, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Directly shape hirify.global’s AI and agentic offerings to create competitive market adhirify.globalges.
• Help define and evolve the product team culture as the company scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Proven AI skills, specifically regarding prompting and agents.
• Prior experience with security, data management, and/or workflow tools.
• Analytical skills to justify product approaches and align features for different user groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders and executives.
