What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for AI agents and automation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration systems.
• Optimize AI-powered customer experiences focusing on automation, accuracy, latency, and scalability.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define AI platform standards and scalable operational frameworks across the organization.
• Partner with external technology providers to integrate emerging models and voice technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management or management consulting in fast-paced tech environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern LLM systems, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on API design, system architecture, and platform scalability.
• Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of SQL and experimentation methodologies.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
