Salary: $95,000 - $106,000

What you will do

• Design and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Manage user identity and access via Okta and Azure Active Directory.
• Ensure endpoint security posture using tools like CrowdStrike.
• Support and optimize collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Create technical documentation and provide mentoring to junior staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or Systems Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS administration.
• Experience with Okta, Azure Active Directory, and endpoint security tooling.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA).
• Ability to lift and carry 20-30 pounds.
