What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of patient marketing strategies for COMP360, focusing on digital materials and support services.
• Analyze market research, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.
• Create marketing materials and campaigns that educate patients and care partners on the value proposition.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and KPIs to measure ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Legal.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics tools.
• Must have employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not available.
