• Collaborate with the US leadership team to integrate creative strategy into business growth.
• Partner with Global Creative leadership to ensure operational excellence and consistency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams, including senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of healthcare marketing, pharma, or biotech industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact, strategically driven creative work.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
