Salary: $199,326 – $269,677 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and governance of the enterprise Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), including standards and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop scalable product management playbooks to guide product teams and business stakeholders.
• Operationalize enterprise standards for OKRs, prioritization, roadmaps, portfolio planning, and value realization.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of enterprise tools for roadmapping, analytics, and portfolio management.
• Establish maturity frameworks and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of product operating practices.
• Partner with finance, agile, architecture, and business leaders to integrate product-centric practices into enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years, Master’s with 8+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years of experience in digital product management or product operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong experience designing and scaling product operating models within large, complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, OKRs, portfolio planning, and value realization.
• Proven ability to define adoption metrics and maturity models for organizational transformation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-native product development, generative AI workflows, or responsible AI principles.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
