TL;DR

Director of Product (Enterprise AI): Defining and driving product strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflows with an accent on admin experiences, AI governance, and large-scale organizational adoption. Focus on building secure, compliant infrastructure for the world's largest companies and mentoring product management teams.

Location: Hub offices in San Francisco and New York; some roles available remotely. In-person onboarding is required.

Salary: $290,000 - $376,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive AI enterprise product strategy, focusing on admin experiences, file browsing, search, and AI governance.
  • Set long-term vision and priorities for Enterprise users in collaboration with design and engineering leadership.
  • Partner with large enterprise customers to solve complex needs regarding security, compliance, and organizational workflows.
  • Shape the AI-driven collaboration between designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to integrate market insights into the product roadmap.
  • Mentor and develop product managers across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading Product ICs and Managers in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of shipping products for large-scale enterprise customers with complex security and governance requirements.
  • Deep understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and developer/design tooling.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and executive leadership.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive and customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered collaboration, creativity, or productivity tools.
  • Background in developer platforms or enterprise infrastructure products.
  • Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprises.
