What you will do

• Schedule onsite interviews and coordinate candidate travel logistics.
• Host candidates and manage day-of interview logistics to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the recruiting and talent operations teams with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Develop knowledge of the company's programs to speak intelligently with candidates and client groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Starbase, TX.

Nice to have

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and 6+ months of professional experience (internships included).
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator and proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Strong proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and personnel policies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretion.
