Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (3 days in office)

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Sales Development team and maintain operational processes.
- Coach and mentor SDRs to optimum performance, helping them achieve their career goals.
- Drive the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of high-quality sales talent.
- Design and deliver training curriculum to ensure rapid team ramp-up.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to align GTM strategies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, creating high-impact call scripts and prospecting emails.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Proven track record of developing early-career sales talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
