What you will do

  • Build and grow a portfolio of net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts via outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and partner channels.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to technical validation and closing.
  • Lead consultative conversations regarding AI risk, AI-generated code governance, and secure AI adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine the go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps based on field insights.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to move strategic opportunities forward.
  • Represent Mend AI at security conferences, executive meetings, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5–10+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of net-new logo acquisition.
  • Experience selling security, DevSecOps, or developer tools into engineering and security organizations.
  • Ability to sell effectively to both technical stakeholders (DevSecOps) and economic buyers (CISO, CTO, VP Engineering).
  • Success operating in early-stage or high-growth environments with high autonomy.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.
