What you will do

• Manage daily department operations, including hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Act as the subject matter expert for decision support analytics to develop dashboards and reports for clinical and operational initiatives.
• Oversee the sourcing and maintenance of business data to ensure integrity and validity for complex data sets.
• Partner with leadership to define key metrics, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead the design and maintenance of analytical processes and industry benchmarking to track value metrics.
• Implement special initiatives to support the overall reporting and analytics needs of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical-related field, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical reporting and analysis within a healthcare organization.
• Prior leadership and/or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and HIPAA regulations.
